Delicious Dayz

I prepared the new set of direction change for a long time, and I had got 2 invitations last Saturday.
One is position from HuaWei as Sales Engineer, another is position from Morgan Stanley as IT Engineer.
Actually I have gaining for a long time that whether my career objective and life should change the direction. Personalities and differences between other engineers and me are obvious, all of them are talking about to be a Sales Man is more suitable for me and I also was bored of the limited spaces of working as a technical engineer.
So I decide, to change.
The interview with HuaWei in JinMao Tower is so successfuly which inspires me thought like "This is my stage, It is my time now!". I do nothing but present my real side. They tell me I am passed this 2 rounds and next round may be will be hold in Shenzhen.
After that I went to the Westin Bund Center for the SuperSaturday of Morgan Stanley. Jessica is a charming woman. Stephen and his colleagues are kind and interesting.

最近有点奇怪,有点没有方向感
其实这一年多走的很稳,一直在努力,有进有退有各种有趣的经历,但是发现自己走的路,选的方向,很模糊,以至于
自己都无法辨识究竟自己在选择些什么,又在做些什么,尤其是最近一个月,这种感觉越来越强烈.
路走的宽了,反而难走了.

just let the time roll back to the last summer of my learning life,that is truly beautiful and exciting time.With the hope of challenge and merge into the society,I start.
From Beijing,Shanghai to Shenzhen,Guangzhou,and circle to the xi'an.Was that for the job,or for something deeply in my heart which called freedom?i don't know,but i know I wanna do it.Every amazing moments appeared in my eyes,cold call with HR of BEA system,struggling against to my request,Amy permited a chance for me,but,I lost,because of the time arrange of Citi Group Software in Shanghai,because of the lack of experiences.Take a deep talk with my mates David Zhu,the spirit of positive shaked me for 2 days,long time have no such feeling.I didn't tell him that I would like he refer me to the IBM.
after arrived Shanghai,I found it really a nice city with old scent.the corner of the street,the bund of the Yangtzi river.Face to the sky,fast movement for the past dadolo,with the hot and wet wind.Is this the Shanghai,is this something I manage to get?I am confused while I am amazed...
on the way to CitiBank for face2face interview, gotta felt a little lonely and strange for this city
Shenzhen is trully nice a city which is energetic and young,the plant,the sea,the wind,the people.The last station for HSBC SAP GLTc in Guangzhou.old city,delicious food :).Without consider about the crazy speed of english boom boom boooooom! from hr manager of that company,the left are all sweet feeling inside this city.
So,so,so....nice and short summer trip

As time goes on,I found my ability for reading code has been improved.Especially for those cases which exist for special business logic of our customer.Before Justine.Y's coming,I told all of my colleagues that I have read the most long method when I was born till now,it is called registerApplicationOutline(),which has more than 1000 source lines,and,the over triple,quadruple,quintuple other codes which is called or recalled related with this method.Thought it must be the best example for Refactoring.
umm...but later I found the amazing methods,diagrams & workflows arecoming to me

so scared

review the past 2 months,got knowing a lot of new knowledges such as SWT,XMPP,Spring,Hibernate and some java packages.but find it hard to concentrate in one,because the project that is too big,the CCRT is more bigger than Hydra,a huge case.some ideas can't implement cause of the lack of time--apply for IB,experiment for gadgets and gaining more.usually the plan will goes with u but not comes to u.

what should i do in such a beautiful season?how about the below?

After finished 2/3 of the (when i was at home i didn't read it yet),I found some many highlights inside it, very funny,haha,and very useful
